Methodology
VestServe uses an installation methodology that includes client meetings; full requirements validation; detailed, customer-specific project plans; hardware planning; and acceptance testing. Each client is viewed as a business partner, and we believe the foundation of any relationship begins with an efficient and thorough installation process that is completed in the best possible time frame.

Ongoing Support
Our support team includes experienced representatives made up of accountants, CPAs, and technical specialists. Most issues are resolved over the telephone, through our remote support facilities, or by remote connection. Onsite support is also provided, if necessary. Customers call into an 800 number which is answered live from 7:30 am to 5:30pm EST Monday–Friday. During off hours calls are routed to a specialist for immediate callback.

Data Warehousing
- Warehouse virtually any data element related to your investment activities.
- Import account data from multiple sources and aggregate the information for performance measurement and reporting.
- Conditionally report variances between data-sets.
- Manage “external” positions that are held outside of the portfolio.
- The system can even calculate a crediting rate based upon the underlying ‘Official’ records.
Hosted Solutions
The system structure is client/server. You click on a web site link to start the web client. The client sends and receives requests to/from our Host Service. The Host Service communicates with the the SQL Server database.
The Host service (middle-tier) integrates with your data services (Custodian, Bloomberg, etc.), or you can run those updates yourself.
A file share service enables desktop clients to access the same files the middle-tier uses (and vice versa).
