Peter Hodges
Founder, CPA

Peter is the president and sole owner of VestServe. He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College where he attained a BA with a major in Accounting focused on investing. Peter is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and Certified Network Engineer (CNE). He developed broad CPA experience working with various accounting reconciliations, general ledger, trial balance, financial statements and reviews. He has performed various types of audits, including audits of large companies, tax projections, consulting, and computer development. He has over twenty years of financial industry experience.

His work experience includes; Mutual Fund Investors Association and Insight Management Inc. where he managed investment systems and acted as lead in-house developer. He spent five years at Standard and Poor’s Corporation where he managed software support and development for the US Fund Services Division, S&Ps investment products division. S&P spun off their investment software system division in 2001 and sold it to Peter. Soon after purchasing the company he recognized that the legacy system needed to be replaced. IMS is the new product he and a team of developers created to replace S&Ps aging system. Peter’s family owned one of the largest investment businesses, E.W.Clark and Company, before that company was bought out by Janney, Montgomery Scott.

Roger S. Hermanowski

Roger has over twenty-five years experience in both the financial and high tech industries working primarily in marketing, sales and management. Specific experience includes time spent working in the accounting department of large investment firm, as a broker for a large Wall Street investment firm, in software sales and sales management selling software to banks and investment firms. He is a graduate of Providence College with a B.A. in Economics.


Christopher Laursen
Manager Customer Support

Chris Laursen has over (7) years work experience in finance and accounting. This experience began at State Street Corporation, where he spent three years. While at State Street he attended their training course for financial investment accountants. Following the training he began work as a Mutual Funds Accountant, where he handled the daily custodian reconciliation, income and expenses, trading and pricing of four large and actively traded Exchange Traded Funds. He was promoted to Senior Accountant, where it was his responsibility to review and approve the daily work of a team of three accountants doing similar work. This accounting team oversaw a total of fourteen complex domestic and international funds. This previous experience at State Street Corporation gave Chris the necessary skills to provide proficient technical and accounting support for clients using VestServe’ IMS application. At VestServe Chris’ responsibilities include the reconciliation of complex accounting issues related to the conversion of clients to the IMS system. He graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in History.


Professional Staff

Additional staff includes developers and other support/accountants. All software development and support is done locally by our staff. No outside organizations are required for support. We do not publish the names of our development staff.
